Who is this for?

Mid-size companies where the real work still lives on desks, in inboxes, and in the system of record — not only in the handbook. Operators, professional services, field businesses. If jobs and follow-ups move across people, Willow can learn the path.

Is Willow on-premises?

Yes. Willow is an on-prem solution. Company context stays in your environment. Screen pictures are read on the computer and then deleted. They are not stored in a vendor cloud.

What do employees get, and what does leadership see?

Employees use the Willow desktop app on Mac or Windows: help on the work they already do, with a pause control. Leadership uses the company dashboard: how jobs actually move, where they stall, and a few things worth changing. Teammates do not see each other's scores, and nobody gets a live camera feed.

Is this watching people?

Only with notice, and only while that person has it on. Everyone can pause. Banking, payroll, personal mail, and password tools stay off. You see the pattern of the work, not a ranking of people.

How does a company start?
